January 26th, 2011 – ESI and FEI have finalized a merger agreement with each other.
Our two companies were already leaders on their respective markets :
- ESI on Events abroad for small & mid-sized companies from any industry, and on Events in France
- FEI on Events abroad for large corporations in major industrial fields
This merger creates a unique force in the Events industry in France :
- An integrated team of 50 professionals, specialized in Fairs and Exhibitions
- The forthcoming grouping of our various activities on a sole operation site (5000 sqm in CDG airport site)
- A OAE certified customs brokerage service, operating 7 days a week
- A dedicated fleet of vehicles and handling equipments
- A network of more than 70 specialized partners worldwide
- 5 permanent offices on main exhibition sites
Amaury CHAUMET (CEO of ESI) is designated as CEO of the new entity.
Robert BOOZER (CEO of FEI) will assist him as Senior Consultant.
The two companies will keep their respective commercial brands, united within a holding company.
