ESI sets itself apart from its competitors by allocating a Key Account Manager to clients so as to give a dedicated and personalised service to them. To provide consistency, Key Account Managers remain the principal point of contact throughout the time that ESI is retained to provide advice and assistance.

Each Key Account Manager is supported by ESI’s Finance/Accounting Department, its Legal Department and its Operating Department, the latter comprising customs, transport and handling/logistics experts.
